WS  NV  85  Very ripe, almost raisiny red, w/ berry, leather & red meat character. Med-bodied, w/ soft, silky tannins.

Winemaker Notes  100% Nebbiolo.  Malolactic fermentation, then French oak barrels for 1 yr., then barrel aging for another two years.  Ruby red w/ garnet reflections.  Nose has hints of violet, rose, vanilla & cocoa.  Palate is warm, full, velvety, soft & persistent, & final is enveloping & harmonious.  Pairs w/ meats & matured cheeses.
