December we held our Winter Holiday Dinner with 165 members and guests. In addition to a Champagne style sparkler and hors d’oeuvres that included Cocktail Shrimp, Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto, Mushroom Puffs, and Franks in blanket, our members dined on their selection of 10 oz. Filet Mignon, Mahi Mahi, or Chicken Roulade (Rack of Lamb was also offered at $5 add’l). Dessert choice was Apple Bread Pudding w/ Caramel Sauce & Whipped Cream, Raspberry Chocolate Cake, or, Sugar Free Cheesecake.
From our feedback it appears that Paul, and our own iron chef Matthew did a terrific catering job in food prep and presentation.
