V I N I F I C ATION AND MATURATION
Fermentation is allowed to progress until the wine
has obtained 7% alcohol. Then the grape’s natural
sugar content is preserved by refrigeration in order to
give the wine its unique sweet and aromatic
characteristics.
GRIPNSIP WROTE:
Really can’t say a single bad thing about this other than its not complex. I have a hard time calling this “wine”, it drinks like fruit juice! Low acid, really easy bubbles, loads of sugar. Tastes like peach juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, all mixed up. Yum. My panties just went “krrr-splash”.
