Nose:  Fresh melon with hints of hazelnut & citrus

Palate:  Butterscotch & pineapple, flower by crisp acidity

Food Pairing:  Chicken breasts filled with cheese & bacon

Aromas of fresh melon w/ hints of citrus.  This medium-bodied Chard displays fresh flavors of butterscotch, pineapple w/ a vanilla oakiness, followed by crisp acidity & rich, lingering finish.  Pair w/ lobster, crab, or any creamy/buttery dish.
