Visual Aspect:  Pale yellow with lighter lime hues

Nose:  Lime, mineral & green herbs

Palate:  Juicy & healthy, w/ flavors of jalapeño, lime & green apple

Food Pairing:  Recommended for pairing it with Caesar salad, ceviche with lemon, garlic shrimp or simply on its own. Drink as young as possible

Viticulture:    100% fermented in stainless steel. No oak. Selected grapes picked to show best varietal aromas and fruit. Extremely attractive tropical fruits and grassy due to the cool Casablanca climate. A fresh, crispy light, happy wine to the palate. Enjoy as young as possible. First vintage was 1999. Offered to those clients who prefer unoaked Sauvignon Blanc. Denomination of Origin: Casablanca Valley / Curico.
