Palate:  rich, sweet ripe fruit, a plush mouthfeel with soft velvety tannins and generosity of flavours

Winery Notes:  Grapes for the Earthworks Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from growers throughout the Barossa Valley. Grapes are carefully destemmed and crushed to fermenters then gently macerated and along with cool fermentation temperatures provide the rich and generous fruit flavours and soft tannins.
