Codorniu Cava

Codorniu is one of the world’s oldest family enterprises, striving to innovate and sustained by our passion for cava and winemaking. This cava was christened `Original’ as it is made from the same blend of grapes used by Josep Raventos, creator of Codorniu Cavas in 1872.

Colour: It has a bright, pale straw yellow colour.
Aroma: Interesting fruity nose due to the blend of three typical grapes together with the reserve wine.
Flavour: Reserve wine also adds depth and flavour to this crisp Cava.

Great with soft cheeses, dried fruits and nuts. It also matches perfectly the Mediterranean taste of rices or grilled fish and at the end of a meal with your favourite desserts: cake, pastries, creams, etc. Served chilled.
