Palate: The Cabernet has depth, richness and purity of flavor. It is a fruit-forward medium-bodied wine with layers of plum, cherry, a touch of chocolate with fruity sweet, black cherry and black currant notes interwoven with notions of barbeque smoke, white chocolate and espresso. The tannins are soft, giving the wine a mellow all around taste.

Food Pairing: Beef, London Broil or a big juicy steak
