Visual Aspect: Pale yellow in color with green reflections

Nose: Exotic fruit notes and a trace of meadow flowers.

Palate: Slightly spicy, well-structured and full in the mouth, it has a lingering finish on the palate.

Food Pairing: Goes well with all sorts of appetizers, fish dishes and South Tyrolean specialities even bacon and eggs.

Grape varieties: 100%Pinot Grigio

Vineyard location: Hillside vineyards in Kurtatsch (250 – 400 m a.s.l.) and sites in the plain of Margreid and Cortina (210 m a.s.l.)

Soil: Chalk gravel moraine soil in the hills of Kurtatsch, sandy alluvial soil in Margreid and Cortina

Growing system: Pergola and guyot; 3,500 – 7,000 vines / hectare

Age of vines: Up to 35 years

Vinification: Fermented at a constant temperature of 20 °C in stain-less steel tanks; maturation on the fine lees for 4 months until bottling

Barrels: Stainless steel tank and und concrete vat
