Nose: Intense and rich with very ripe berries.
Palate: Dry, Tart and light bodied with watermelon and strawberry notes
Food Pairing: Goes well with Millefeuille of beetroot with fresh goat’s cheese, summer slalds and grilled and exotic foods

History: This Côtes du Rhône takes its name from the 45th North parallel which runs two kilometres from our cellars. In the village of Pont de l’Isère, a monument symbolises this line with an inscription: “The South begins here”. Our wine has had this name since the beginning of the 1950s.
Soil: Loose and sandy soils.
Age of the vines: 25 years.
Vinification: “Vin de saignée” resulting from a short maceration, and a long fermentation under controlled temperatures.
Ageing: In stainless steel tanks.
Best enjoyed within: 3 years.
